Coconut Kale Ginger Juice – A Refreshing and Healthy Boost

Do yourself a favor, skip the latte this afternoon and give this tasty little recipe a try; Coconut Kale Ginger Juice! Both refreshing and unbelievably good for you, this vitamin and nutrient-packed juice will amaze you.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 cups of freshly hand shredded kale
  • 1 ripe Granny Smith apple
  • 2 ounces of fresh coconut water
  • a small chunk of ginger (add more if you like it spicy) to taste

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to a blender or a juicer and mix on high until the contents become a smooth, thick liquid. Pour the blended juice in a glass over ice, or serve straight.

This recipe makes between 5 to 10 ounces.
