- 2-3 cups of freshly hand shredded kale
- 1 ripe Granny Smith apple
- 2 ounces of fresh coconut water
- a small chunk of ginger (add more if you like it spicy) to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or a juicer and mix on high until the contents become a smooth, thick liquid. Pour the blended juice in a glass over ice, or serve straight.
